The new Fixed Base Operation was specifically designed to support Corporate Flight Operations operating turbine equipment; looking to be close to the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.  The Leesburg Airport is only 9 miles from Dulles International Airport (IAD) that serves the Washington, DC area, conveniently located adjacent to the Dulles Greenway.

The new facility includes a lobby, offices and galley to help support the 25,000 square foot facility, which can accept most large corporate aircraft.
